1. How will I know when my order is ready to ship? You will receive an email from Canada Post with a tracking number once your order has been shipped from our Distribution Center. |
2. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders for in-stock items will ship within 3 business days during the school year (September to May). For orders placed in May and June for the upcoming school year, you can expect your order to be shipped within 10 to 20 business days. If your order ships partially complete, we will ship remaining items as soon as possible free of charge. For orders placed in July and August for pre-September delivery, you can expect your order within 20 business days. |
3. Can I modify my order? If your order has not been processed by our Distribution Center, your order can be cancelled and re-purchased. You will need to contact Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-667-7105 or info@topmarks.ca. |
4. How do I print a copy of my order? You can print a copy as soon as your order is placed, or log in to your account where you will have access to all your previous orders, or check your Order Confirmation email. |
5. Why do I need to place my order before June 30? Many of the items that make up your uniform are manufactured exclusively for your school. Placing your order before June 30 ensures you will receive your uniform items before the start of school. Orders received after June 30 may be delivered across multiple packages and are not guaranteed complete delivery before the start of school. |
6. How is my order delivered? Your order will be delivered by Canada Post. As soon as your order leaves our Distribution Centre, you will receive an automated email from Canada Post that will include a tracking number and expected delivery date. |
7. Can I order more uniform items throughout the school year? Yes, you can order anytime during the year. In-stock items will ship out within 3 business days. Items not in stock may take up to 20 business days to ship. |
