1. I need to Return and/or Exchange an item, what do I do?

All Returns and Exchanges ship Free and are accepted within 120 days of receipt.

To begin a return or exchange, complete the Return Authorization form that was included in your original order (if you do not have one, please contact Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-667-7105 or info@topmarks.ca).

On the Return Authorization form, please indicate quantity to be returned.

For Returns, place a check mark in the “Refund” box. For Exchanges, indicate the replacement size required.

Place the following items into the resealable shipping bag from your original order: (i) Items being Returned; and (ii) Completed Return Authorization Form.

Seal the shipping bag and affix the prepaid return label. Drop the shipping bag at a Canada Post outlet or mailbox. You will only receive a confirmation of drop-off if you utilize a Canada Post outlet.

Refunds are processed (to original form of payment) within 5 business days upon receipt of returned item(s).

Exchanges are processed and shipped within 3 business days (for in-stock items) upon receipt. Once an Exchange has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation from Canada Post with a tracking number.

For Montreal based schools, Returns and Exchanges can be dropped off but cannot be processed on the spot.
